Normal registration has closed. This is now the late registration period. You will not receive a shirt or meal tickets for Saturday's dinner. The shirts and catering have already been ordered. Late registration only gets you a ticket to attend the event. It is your responsibility to provide food and clothing for your party. You will still be able to attend the Sponsor Meet & Greet, Trail Runs and Raffle.
The campground is booked, online resrvations are no longer available. You will need to make arrangements to share a campsite with another club member or arrive early to get a first-come first- serve campsite.

Event Location Trail Staging, Saturday Dinner and Raffle events will take place in campsites #86 & 87
Meals
Attendees are responsible for providing their own food and water. Saturday's dinner is the only meal the club will be providing. Each registration includes one meal ticket. Additional meal tickets are available at registration and on site.
Alternative Accommodations
Participants are free to stay at one of the many area motels, hotels and cabins for rent. Although it is a few miles drive to the nearest, meals can be obtained at local eateries.

For a full refund, cancellations must be received by email by 11:00 pm on Sunday, August 21, 2016. Cancellations received after the deadline, but prior to Event Date will only be refunded for extra raffle tickets purchased and 50% of registration cost. Fees paid for extra meals or shirts will not be refunded. There will be no refunds after the start of the event. Refunds will be paid by check following the event.
